The instructions are simple: capsules Prostalix should be taken three times a day 30 minutes before meals with a glass of water.A colorless (single-colored) capsule should be taken during the day, and a colored (two-colored) capsule in the evening.The treatment process lasts a month.If necessary, you can repeat the course after a break of at least two weeks.
